Alok brings 13+ years of vast experience in Manufacturing, Operation Management.  He is a graduate form NIT Rourkela and has worked for a PSU, and subsequently completed PGDM from IIM Calcutta.

He has represented India in the most coveted Monodzukuri (Manufacturing Management) in Japan. He has also implemented Manufacturing Transformation in more than 200 Industries across India. He has trained more than 1000 Senior Manager in Lean and Problem Solving Methods
