Job description

-Should be a qualified Architect with min 3 to 4 experience (Construction & Real Estate)
-Designing of High- rise residential buildings, planning master layout.
-Conceptual presentation, statutory and construction drawings.
-Handling projects from designing to completion.
-Schematic Design of Master planning, Consideration of design input from Marketing Dept. and implementation of it in design Finalisation of plans.
-He / She should coordinate with consultants & site engineers.
-Coordination with coordinating Architect, coordination with all Consultants MEP, Structural consultants, design architects
-Coordination with the site team and issues resolved within time frame.
-Checking all the working drawings of the buildings provided by consultants, site inspection.
-Project Coordination and Design Co-ordination
-Explain the business requirement of the project to the design consultant
-Conduct value engineering exercises
-To ensure the consultants provide the necessary technical information to the design team
-Detaining of the design in AutoCAD.

Skill required:
-Good communication skills. Fluency in English.
-Knowledge of municipal proposal drawings.
-Sound knowledge of SRA, redevelopment & DCR.
-Quick Conception of Integrated (Architectural – Engineering – Building Services) And analytic design solutions for fast track projects.
-Efficient & profitable detail design production for large size projects, using management skills.
-Must have excellent skills developed in delivering time-bound projects.
-Exceedingly good understanding of RCC, prestressed concrete and steel structures.
-Business development through competent and satisfactory service to clients thus resulting in repeat business & long term association.
Setting-up & management of architectural & engineering consultancy practice.

Qualification:
-B.Arch in Architecture/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience
